Writing this only occured to me yesterday and thought about writing notes all day but didn’t actually get to it. But I know I need to start other wise I never will.
I think a summary of what I will be writing about is probably the first place to start. The plan is to write about my days. My days are normally filled with struggles with my mental health and changing medication, not massively enjoying my job, perfectionism, eating disorders, exercise, reading, trying to balance life and trying to just be consistently a better person and version of myself.
A wide range of topics but it also feels very narrow as they are topics that seem to control my life. Each day seems to be a mix of all of these topics. Some days I feel controlled by them some days I feel like I have a balance of them. Each day will be whatever it is and I’m hoping this can be a record of how feel each day, or each time I write.
